Nepal’s Finest Academician

I am the vice-principal at Nepal Mega College; as well as an assistant professor of Business Communication and English Language and Literature.

With a personable approach, I maintain a strong relationship with my co-workers and students. Besides that, with my innovative approach, I head the R&D Department for course implementation and supervision.

My background is in English Language and Literature. Prior to Nepal Mega College, I worked as a Lecturer of English Language and Communication at Crimson International College and Public Youth Multiple College.

I believe that innovative ideas need to be implemented to enhance the academics of the students and faculty. Keeping that in mind, I co-ordinate with Nepali & American professors to conduct different kinds of training programs for the teachers, students, and community.

News24 Television

At the news station, I worked as a Television Program Presenter from March 2018 onwards. In the program, I dealt with academic people directly with the current national and international issues for the betterment of Nepali Education System.

Brain Gain Initiative

Since May 2018, I’ve been coordinating in the Brain Gain Initiative to identify the need of community schools of Gulmi district as a pilot project.

Furthermore, at the program, I’ve implemented innovative ideas & trainings to enhance the academics of the students and faculty.

TESOL Atlanta Convention, USA

TESOL is an international association of professionals advancing the quality of English Language teaching through professional development, research, standards, and advocacy. This was one of the seminars that I attended in 2019.

One of my skills as a motivational speaker, I’ve conducted seminars and trainings in different colleges, Government schools of Nepal, and different business houses in Nepal.
